Biotech Project Controls Manager

Responsible for providing Project Controls services to project team members to support projects from conceptual business case to project execution approvals. Specific tasks include; planning, estimating, benchmarking, scheduling, project setup, cost control, project reporting, cash flow management, assessing earned value and accruals, resolving project issues and concerns, risk identification and mitigation. Responsible for all site projects with a portfolio of 15 to 20 projects in different life cycles.

Pharmacia Upjohn Project Controls Manager

Project Management Office Puerto Rico Project Controls Leader supporting corporate capital investment for three manufacturing sites. Responsible for the ambassadorship of the company’s Capital Project Management Process which included long range capital planning, working with cost center managers on different project options, estimating those options, compliance of project gate deliverable requirements, cost control and reporting. Responsible for entire project life cycles.
