Reporting to corporate C&Q, the role involved the development and maintenance of the Master Project Schedule for the Commissioning, Qualification and Start up of the Facility
• Identify Project Interdependencies & Deliverables
• Establish Key Project Critical Milestones
• Develop & Maintain Detailed Level 3/4 Master Schedule
• Progress Measurement (by phase and overall) and Project Reporting (Incl Resource reporting)
• Produce Custom Reports & Look Aheads & Trend Reporting
• Conduct Critical Path Analysis & Risk Assessment
• Working with Operations to support Validation schedule
• Production of corporate reports and presentations
