1.       Responsible for updating the level 2, 3, 4 schedules including Project Baseline,engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation.

2.       Updating the Master document register, Procurement Control Sheet, Manning Histogram and controlling the activities.

3.       Preparation of S-Curve for E, P, C, I and monthly updating.

• Produce and update the project schedule in coordination with all departments, histograms, and tabular man-hours reports for the project.
• Involve in FEED Design and tender Stage in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Establish project governance including all stakeholders and deliver project progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
