Job/Specification:
· Continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved business effectiveness.
· Ensure the requisite quality of data is maintained.
· Develop and ensure compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding.
· Oversee the planning element of the change control procedure.
· Production of ‘what if’ scenarios and plans to suit both client and contractor requirements.
· Production of risk analysis data if required by the project.
· Mentoring and development of planning personnel, to raise their competence, awareness, knowledge and techniques required in the execution of planning functions.
· To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents in relation to the the Planning function.
· To promote HS&E responsibility within the team.
Key aims and objectives:
· To establish and maintain the project planning system and procedures.
· Analyse schedule data and advise the lead planner of potential delays.
