Project Coordinator / Planning Engineer based at Sullom Voe Oil Terminal, Shetland Islands contracted to BP
Reporting to the senior project manager - Pipe Inspection Project
Weekly update and distribute (to management, key personnel, BP planner and representatives) offshore construction and onshore engineering plans (6 week, 12 week, 6Q lookaheads, along with the relevant histograms)
Monthly reporting to management (gantt charts / manhour summaries / histograms / productivity figures)
Prepare, present and maintain detailed project plans (all planning / progress issues – gantt charts, WBS baseline schedules, s-curves, histograms, tabular reports, manhour summaries) – Open Plan & MS Project, variance charts (projected planned hours vs actuals)
Forward planning and forecasts, as required for the business plan data (quarterly)
Input planning data / estimates: activities, tasks, logic, resources, budgeted hours, key dates and progress
