I compile ASTA programmes alongside the Project Managers and update with weekly progress. I export various reports from ASTA to the directors and to the site team as well as internal department heads.
I report on delays within Design, Procurement, In House Manufacture and Installation.
I complie 2 week lookahead programmes using the ASTA filter options
I report on both Jagged line and straightline (rescheuled programmes)
I also use ASTA to report on Factory resource availability showing over and under allocation.
The key responsibilities are the management of the IMP (Integrated Management Plan) including derived reports and performance indicators from P6 and TILOS. Revision and restructuring of the IMP reports to achieve a greater acceptance/integration of the Planning function within the MAC environment.
The key responsibilities were planning and scheduling of integrated works packages and reactive highways maintenance to ensure client requirements and contract targets are achieved in compliance with the TMA act. Therefore a high standard of robust and transparent programming has to be ensured to enable maximum resource provision.
Key responsibilities were developing; planning and programming of all cyclical highways maintenance works to ensure client requirements and contract targets are achieved. In June 2006 assigned to head all activity involving programming and asset management within the Hertfordshire contract including the management of the surveying and planning team.
