Responsible for managing and controlling multidisciplinary projects in Infrastructure, Residential, Hospitals, Hotels, Shopping Centres and Energy Sectors.
· Led Specialised 4D / 5D Consultancy Service promoting investigation, development and innovation processes applying BIM Technology.
· Provided Business Development Services to properly liaise with Sponsor, including but not limited to: negotiation approach and guidance in the tendering process to define scope of services.
· Conducted logistics planning, analysing its implications to best facilitate works execution, commissioning and decommissioning.
· Increased collaborative workflows between Design and Construction Teams in order to improve Planning, Execution and Monitoring procedures.
