UICESA. Building Site Manager 2005 to 2007
Built a strong relation with the Client to ensure their quality and safety standards were met.
In 2005, 154 social houses were awarded to UICESA, a 500-staff Construction Company. A Building Site Manager was hired to carry on different tasks:
· Managed logistics, including initial site preparation, infrastructure and accesses, hard standing material and relocations and temporary equipment.
· Calculated bill of quantities and monthly payments according to a contractual schedule.
· Ensure quality, schedule and cost management to fulfil the contractual agreements.
· Helped to reduce costs by up to 7% through setting out better constructive solutions than the planned ones and approved.
