Structural / Seismic Retrofitting of the building of Yapi and Kredi Bank Gebze / Bayramoglu “Training Center” against expected earthquakes.



Responsibilities on site, reporting to Technical Manager:

•     Construction site controls,

•     preparation of design data,

•     on-site testing,

•     procurement,

•     Construction Schedule preparation, update and follow-up,

Project:

     Structural retrofitting of the various damaged buildings due to earthquake

     (that struck Golcuk,Yalova and Duzce in Turkiye in 1999) and structural/dynamic

     analysis of various buildings having structural problems/ inadequate load carrying

     capacities.

     

     Responsibilities: (directly reporting to Company owner)

     Technical coordination,

Executive Engineer- Mechanical, Kitex Garments Ltd., Construction of Textile Processing Plant and Associated Buildings, WTP plant

     Supervising the erection of equipments, pipes, steel structure and MEP works in factory and buildings.

     Planning for execution

     Organizing the resources required for execution (man power, contractors, materials and machinery)

     Implementation of execution plan by co-ordination meetings with contractors.

     Checking and certifying the bills, reconciliation and payment advices.
