Project:
Structural retrofitting of the various damaged buildings due to earthquake
(that struck Golcuk,Yalova and Duzce in Turkiye in 1999) and structural/dynamic
analysis of various buildings having structural problems/ inadequate load carrying
capacities.
Responsibilities: (directly reporting to Company owner)
Technical coordination,
Preparing offers,
Client relationships,
Leading the technical team who perform tests,
Supervising the sites,
Preparing the activity reports for the management,
Preparing test reports for the clients,
Contracting and subcontracting,
Preparing technical offers,
Preparing work schedules for each site,
Cost controlling activities,
Controlling man-power, material and equipment.
