Structural / Seismic Retrofitting of the building of Yapi and Kredi Bank Gebze / Bayramoglu “Training Center” against expected earthquakes.
Responsibilities on site, reporting to Technical Manager:
• Construction site controls,
• preparation of design data,
• on-site testing,
• procurement,
• Construction Schedule preparation, update and follow-up,
• Controlling the subcontractors` progress payments.
Responsibilities in the head office, reporting to General Manager)
• Managing import formalities of the construction materials for sales division,
• Solving the technical problems,
• Improving the relations between the exporting companies.
