Current Role

•     To monitor the Project progress, cost and quality/Health and safety standards for both hospital projects.

•     To prepare weekly, monthly progress reports for in house submission and reporting for the client mentioning areas of concern, project progress etc.

•     Attend weekly site coordination meetings with consultant and contractor and Video conference meetings with all stake holders including client.

Current Role

Preparation and layout of full design drawings using applicable building codes and standards, conduct inspections and coordinate with Project Manager and Site Engineers throughout implementation imparting all the details and any transfigurations, ensure that site working conditions matches requirements of the overall project blueprint

     Base Commander Residence (Dhahran)

     Petrokemya Housing Project (Jubail)

     Tabuk Gardens Village (Tabuk)

Interprets issued design drawings and specifications upon execution; assists the Project Manager in evaluating resources involved and other technicalities of the project; coordinates with the Owner, Consultants and Design Group for any changes or deviation upon implementation of the main contract

     33-Storey Building ‘The Infinity Tower’ (Makati, Metro Manila)

Client: Byucksan Engineering & Construction Company and

Assists the Managing Director in implementing the projects, technical proposals and, preparation of tender bids and construction schedules; conduct site inspections and issuance of monthly progress billings; provide accurate information, viable initiatives and advise to Company’s key objectives



Projects Involved (Incorporating Structural, Architectural, Piping, Mechanical [Equipment], Electrical and Instrumentation Works):

     EPCC of Masinloc Coal Fire Thermal Power Plant (Zambales)

Client: National Power Corporation

Prepare schedules and organize activities (WBS), consolidate and update multiple projects showing their physicality, prepare and deliberate reports, manage resources across projects, evaluate then adjust schedules to ensure it analogs actuality and swiftly adapt the plan to changes keeping the tasks on track and within budget



Projects Involved (Incorporating Structural, Architectural, Piping, Mechanical [Equipment], Electrical and Instrumentation Works):

     Juaymah New Administration Building, Utilities and Site Improvement (Ras Tanura)

Setting up the plan and work scheduling of the project then keep track of all assigned tasks and related resources; communicate schedule updates, forecast progress, analysis and solutions to drawbacks, including comprehensive reports with the Construction and Management Teams thus making them well informed and involved
