• To monitor the Project progress, cost and quality/Health and safety standards for both hospital projects.
• To prepare weekly, monthly progress reports for in house submission and reporting for the client mentioning areas of concern, project progress etc.
• Attend weekly site coordination meetings with consultant and contractor and Video conference meetings with all stake holders including client.
• To prepare and deliver the project/progress presentation on monthly bases and onward preparation and issuance of minutes of meeting.
• To monitor the construction schedule by updating it schedule on Bi-weekly and monthly bases prepared in Primavera –P3 project planner.
• To counter verify monthly IPC, s after vetting from consultants.
