Planning Manager

Reporting to the Area Manager of Dubai and controlling a group of 5 planners, main accountabilities are:

-     Initiating the reporting system for the group.

Main Projects:



•     Jumeirah Heights Project – 4 Towers, 8 Buildings and Village center – 6 Billion Dhs.

•     Heart of Doha Project (Doha city development) – Phase 1A – 9 Billion QAR.



Project Control Manager

     

Reporting to the Project Director, main accountabilities are:



-     Review, upgrade, development and implementation of the project control system and integration with administrative and operational procedures of the Project.

•     Dubai Lagoon Project



Head of Planning Department



-     Working as a Head of Planning Department with the project management consultant for the Lagoon Project. The main duties include:

-     Preparation of pre & post contract documentation related to planning and scheduling.

-     Creating master schedules, evaluation of tenders, clause 14 program,

-     Tracking project executions.

Construction and installation of escalators and moving walkway for Algiers subway (23

escalators), Montreal subway (103 escalators) and Toronto Airport (3 escalators and 2

moving walkways.)


Supervised production by Chinese sub-contractors, reducing production cycle by half.


Identified installation and logistics sub-contractors for Algerian project.


Succeeded in a Moto-gear Claim for a previous contract.
