Head of Planning Department
- Working as a Head of Planning Department with the project management consultant for the Lagoon Project. The main duties include:
- Preparation of pre & post contract documentation related to planning and scheduling.
- Creating master schedules, evaluation of tenders, clause 14 program,
- Tracking project executions.
- Identifying areas of impact on progress.
- Conducting in depth reviews and analysis of ongoing projects and liaising directly with client and contractors.
