Planning Manager
Reporting to the Area Manager of Dubai and controlling a group of 5 planners, main accountabilities are:
- Initiating the reporting system for the group.
- Evaluation of tenders & Clause 14 programmes including duration, resources and budget.
- Conducting in depth review and analysis of ongoing projects with respect to updating, reporting and productivity analysis.
- Tracking project executions, prompting for delays and initiating recovery programs whenever necessary.
- Identifying the areas of impact on the progress of the project and advising the top management on the possible corrective actions.
