I am currently an Integration and Test (I&T) Manager in aerospace.  I am responsible for coordinating activities from multiple organizations in an engineering/construction environment.  I am an engineer, with some general training in project planning and tracking methods.  I am not a scheduler and have no formal training as such, although that is a large portion of my current duties.  My schedule and major groups of tasks are reordered almost daily, so I am seeking to gain knowledge and efficiency in managing this information.  Thanks!
