I'm looking for a tool which can:
- highlight the Project phases (PMI model for example, Initiation, Design etc.) on a quarterly basis
- highlight more details by collapsing or exploding the Project phases (Design --> Basic Engineering, Detail etc)

I was wondering if anyone had successfully set up a MS SQL Express Server for a remote P6 connection? I have set up an MS SQL 2017 Server and working fine, set up the relevant ports to allow remote access but the following error from P6 when I try to connect.
"Bad public user name or password. PRM DBAccess Error: Connection attempt to database failed with message SQL State: 1, SQL Error Code: 14, Level: 16, Procedure: , Line: 0
Hi All, The local account I was previously using was deleted due to system update of our IT Team. Unfortunately, I don't have back up files of my projects' schedule. Do you know any way on how to recover or retrieve my schedule from deleted account? Note: I was using P6 R.16.2 in SQLite Standalone database. Thank you and regards, Sonny Valderama

Could you please guide me on the subject " 91R-16 AACE - Schedule Development" - AACE based.
I found this as a requirement on a ITT (Instruction to Tenderers), but have no idea if there is something different in preparing the schedule. I have prepared lots of schedule but not sure which standart it follows.
So by the above standards should I consider something esle.

In a project that I am currently associated with, our client had specifically insisted on using "Non-Labour" resources to be used as a progress measurement. They had issued a weightage for each WBS (Level-1) and requested us to report the progress in form of S-curve as well % progress in each WBS wise.
Dear Friends,
We are in the proposal stage for 50 Storage Tanks in a refinery project. The diameter varies from 14 m to 49 m and with all combination of tank types (Fixed roof, Dome roof, Internal floating roof).
Can anyone provide guidance in preparing schedule for EPC of Storage tanks with Construction of each tank being shown separately.

What are the must have period end reports, I would be advised to produce
Currently, I receive our contractors programme, and produce the following reports
1. Full Programme, with Last Period and Baseline Variances
2. Critical Path Layout
3. 4, and 8 week lookahead
4. Milestone Slippage
The programme submitted is not cost or resource loaded.

I'm copying across activities from P6 into Excel. However, for a couple of the activities, it's not copying across the A?
I have tried different copy and paste options into excel, but no joy. Any ideas?
