During my experience in few company, I found a kind of table to draw our s-curve, you can choose a number of period and you have the forcast corresponding of this period, the periode can be (hour, day, week or month), for exemple :
Number of period 4 / period( 1) 13.20% / period( 2) 27.50% / period(3) 36.40% / period(4) 22.90%
With this value you can draw your s-curve, DO you have any information about it ? or the function that you can insert only the number of period and you have the percent that you mus achieve in each period ?
Hi.
Basically the situation is I need to do a revise programme, so I used the latest updated schedule, revise and re-baseline it. So from the revised programme, I input new resources as I need to generate S-Curve with 3 main elements which are Planned Early Finish, Planned Late Finish and Actual. I used resource assignment then paste the tabulation in excel.
Can someone tell me the maximum number of activities for a single planner to maitain efficiently ?
Thanks
Roberto

Hi,
I would like to seek the expert advice here as to what sort of historical data a planner should have readily on hand by the end of a project, to better prepare for the next one.
This would include things like Scope / Rates / Costs.
Are there any other items which I should take note of?
Regards,
Benjamin

Dear All Planning Planet Users,
I understand that the contractor own the Terminal Float and I understand that if there was a compensation event that impact the planned completion date, the contract completion date will be impacted by the same amount of time. but if the planned completion has been brought forward due to combination of efficient working and client giving access early etc, can the Terminal Float be extended?
