Please I need help...
I have just two activities "test 1" and "test 2", 100 days duration each.
When I put 100 units in "Budget">"Budgeted amount", for the activity "test 1" it gives some STRANGE 52 units in "earned value" and "actual to date" even when % is 0 (I ll try to attach printscreen).
Also when I F9 for different dates (and I dont change % I only F9) earned valus keeps changing... I dont know why....
Pls help
For the activity "test 2" everything seems ok.
Wondering if there are tips that make you finish things quicker when you are handling up to 2000 activities....

while I am updating my programme of work I faced out of sequence activity, my question is that is it possible to change the relation ship of this activity because after scheduling the early finish of this activity is still be driven by its predecessor activity?

What is the maximum accepted time duration for the activity, some ppl say 2 weeks some say 20 days and is there is any cod determine this period.

I am facing difficulty while updating the schedule
i am updating the progress in activty% column and same progress was appearing in the Unit % column too and that it is what my requirement too but in some activities it is not happening. when i schedule the program the Unit % column progress is coming back to zero(0).which shoud be same as activity % column.
if any body know the solution please let me know where and what is the error.
