best available Microsoft Power BI dashboards

best available Microsoft Power BI dashboards - seems like some companies are making them themselves - it would seem like it would be better just to customize one that is out there, seen any good ones for this?  (or any you can't customize), has AEC learned its lessons on becoming software companies (although InEight proved it can be done successfully)

Average Scheduling Consultant rates?

Average Scheduling Consultant rates?  I do not know, I am guessing...I know it really depends on what you are doing:  for example:

High End Claims: ?180/HR - up to 20/Hr wk, short term

General Consulting: ? 140/HR - like spread across 6-10 clients = 4-8 hrs month

Full Time W-9 work on site: ? I have not idea...

Full Time W-9 (remote): ? I have not idea...

Accounting for duration between receiving deliverable and holding review session

What is the best way to account for time between receiving a deliverable and holding a meeting to assign roles, responsibilities and deliverables?

Our team is building out activities in a WBS for the scoping portion of a project.  Our start milestone is when we've received a rough conceptual drawing.  After that there is a session where the stakeholders each get their assigned tasks and the scoping really begins.  We would like to have either a milestone or activity for that meeting.

Pipe fabrication - from Engineering issuing ISO to production

Hi all, Not sure if the subject fits in this particular Forum or not. I'm interested in understanding the steps from when the Piping Isometrics are issued to the pipe fabricator and starting production. The process may take a couple of months, and I like to know all steps involved to the point the fitter begins production. I know that once the fab shop receives the ISO, it starts developing shop/fab drawings, then sends them back to the engineering firm for confirmation. Once drawings are confirmed, the overall bill of material needs to be prepared or collected.

Declining levels of knowledge about CPM

A sad and worrying trend appears to be the steadily declining levels of knowledge about CPM, and its origins ranging from a resent 'white paper' promoted by Planning Planet that confused PDM, ADM, CPM and PERT, through to blatent lies promoted by some 'lean construction' advocates claimg CPM cannot do resource analysis.

A brief summary:

CPM and PERT both used ADM when develoed in 1957,  PDM (Precedence) was made public in 1962 and was included in both CPM and PERT software shortly thereafter.
