For an LSTK contract, if an item is deleted from the Scope of work, after the Contractual completion date, is the Adjustment order retroactive??? Actual completion certificate has not yet been issued

We have a project already started with almost half of some activities finished.The schedule was not prepared in accordance with the BOQ.Now we are given the BOQ and the requirement is to load the schedule with BOQ cost.The activities are totally different.What is the best way to deal with this Situation

Dear Experts,
Good day! I know this question is supposed to be a no brainer, however, when I try to filter using the "WBS NAME; contain = Electrical" to show all the activities under Electrical from multiple buildings unfortunately most of them doesn't show up. I tried to copy the WBS name of the one showing up and apply to the rest but still not working.
Does anyone encounter already this issue on P6 v8.1?

I have installed Pruimavera P6 Version 8.2 Standalone on my laptop & Configured the database.
Then I Run the setup again and chose "change"
After this i selectd The "Software development kit installation"
Then I Configured the database again named "PMSDK"
I selected the user name as "pubprm$pm" & Entered the same password that i entered during primavera installation (Prima123Vera).
Now "PmSDK" is also configured successfully.
Now I am Getting 2 data base "PMDB & PMSDK" when I run P6.

what is the real theory of reschedule?...well i apologize if my question is take it but someone like a dumb question, but i need the answer for an expert to take a choice in my work, but the following reason.
Well, the first i know but the learning with my partners in the work that the reschedule is take the programmed percente and equal it to the executed percent (and make the same in the work plan sheet of control sheet).
A friend asked me about how to determine the critical path of their project in relation to contractual key dates.
The case is, they have contract to construct the superstructure and finished for a train depot. It is located in a large area and it is divided into sub-area. Each sub-area has a particular structure to be built like administration building, power facilities building, fire service building, maintenance workshop, etc.

I am developing a tender programme for a quite complex resort and hotel tower buildings in a tight completion timeframe.
The qusetion is, "Is it contractually acceptable to make any submission and approval request from the Engineer immediately after receiving LOA but prior to obtaining building permit/commencement date to speed-up things, for example enabling work subcon approval to be on board and mobilize immediately, technical documents, QA/QC, HSE, CEMP plan approvals...?"

I'm having a problem with an 'unknown' delay in Suretrak.
My preceeding activity 'activity A' has a 1 day duration ending on September 27th, the following activity 'activity B' is set to to start immediately after (finish-to-start relationships between activities, no lag, no delay, only 1 predecesor). However, for some reason 'activity B' is being pushed out nearly a week to October 10th.
Anyone have an idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?
