I have tried to post some of the quizzes from my graduate classes on this forum before. However, there were two problems:
I couldn't figure out how to post a network diagram;
I was making them multiple choice so people weren't trying.
in my schedule there is an activity B which has a successor of G with SS. B and G is critical but another activity C which follows B by FS starts one day after B is finished because of another relation. So B start can not move and this makes b critical. ButB finish date can be longer by 1 day and this will not delay the project. All types of slack shows as 0 for B. But as I said you can extend B duration by 1 day without delay. Why is this the case?
I have prepared a Baseline in P6 but it is not approved due to several comments. The Main comment which is making problem for me is float. My activities has float over 200 and client instructed do not exceed total float than 80.

WBS has 3 dimensions, and the OBS is added. But there are also "dynamic" dimensions.

Hi all
I wonder if you can help me? I have recently started a new project, which is a bespoke design. There are many prototypes to be designed and manufactured. These prototypes will tested against eachother and further design will be required until they are satisfied they have the right design to build the final product.
I have obtained a task list/drawing output list from the design team for the first prototype. I also have a build schedule from the manufacturers.
Hello,
I'm working in a project that has contractual certain dates for submissions of documents. How should I link these activities? Especially, if I figure that I can send these documents earlier than the contract date according to program but I dont want client to see these dates earlier in the program.
Also there is one more issue, some documents are predessors for others and contratual submission dates for these activities are same.
For Example,
Act A is predessor for Activity B and contractual submission dates are same.
I’m hoping that someone can help with the following….
Has anyone managed to use the Site Progress Mobile App from Asta successfully?
Can the data be backed up to local server instead of using an iCloud?
Is there other methods used that can have a copy of the programme that can be progressed out on site via tablet/iPad..?
