I have just noticed that a mid-project baseline that was created in Jun-17 has been deleted / removed from the schedule. Is it possible to recover this from a backup?

I have about 100 activity ID values to create for a New Activity ID. I would like to know if anyone has developed a way to import these values to an Activity ID or do I have to create each one?
I tried doing it via an import using Excel but that did not work.

Can anyone provide a list of tips when saving a .pp file as an .xer file and importing to P6. I always get error message in Asta, and when i import to P6, it crashes and forces me to Exit with an error code.
I found an independent list (see below) but wanted to see if anyone knew of more? Our contractor is currently working in Asta and will be migrating to P6 but I need to run a quick analysis of the integrity of the schedule as it stands and want to be sure I'm importing everything I need.

Currently our company are trying to upgrade Primavera P6 EPPM v7.4 to v15.2 or v16 (using Microsoft SQL database) because it hard to find Primavera P6 consultant in our area, my management ask me to do the upgrading process. I am not an IT guy. So due to the huge gap between those version, I afraid if we upgrade the database incorrectly some error or problem will occur. Does anyone have experience any problem when you upgrade your P6 database? I tried to contact Oracle throught thier help line but didn't get any feedback until now.
I wish to get help as soon as possible.
I am updating my program on a weekly basis. Since my project is late my milestone dates are being delayed. The maximum delay for each milestone compared to the previous update should not exceed 7 days (since I am updating on a weekly basis). However, this is not the case; one of milestones got delayed for 9 rather than 7 days. How can my milestone be delayed more than 7 days if only 7 days had passed ?
Any ideas ?
