Dear All,
I have developed a Cost Account Dictionary (Budgetary Heads), that I have to use for Accounting Software of my Enterprize. I am working at a Program Level and want to Develop a Report of Annnualy Funds Requirement by All Projects by using Resource Assignment Layout. What I get is shown in Pic below:
But I want to collapse the data for projects only not at lower level (activity Level). Can any one help what should i do.
I am trying to change the budgeted units of a resource in the Resource Assignment spreadsheet but it is greyed out. I have another Project where I can do this but I'm struggling in the new one. Everything appears to be correctly set, such as the Duration type but unfortunately I can't amend anything.
Any advice is appreciated
I have a list of about 1000 activities in an Excel file, and I want to copy them to a project in Primavera.
What would be the easiest way to do that?
I only need to copy the activity names, I will set the relationships, durations and dates later.
Any suggestions?

I am new user of p6 and actually i forget to make copy of base line program and updated progress . by checking start giving progress % and finish all activities which are complete. Now i need base line program back without progress.

I'm working on a claim job and I have a cost-loaded schedule with 12,000 activities and the start date of Jan 30, 2018. The schedule has the data date of December 31, 2018, and I would like to remove the actuals from July 1, 2018, to December 31, 2018, only along with the cost and physical % complete (only for the activities that are progressed between July 1, 18 to December 31, 18). I can manually remove them from the status option but it will be very tedious and possibility of errors. Does anyone know the easy to remove the actuals with the above-given scenario?
