If you are reviewing a schedule - where is the lilne as to not crossing into means and methods. Even durations, if something is likely too short how do approach that without getting into Means and methods and the legal line you are crossing into.
F&D of an elevator? Average Fabrication & Delivery Time for a "New" elevator? I googled it - it said 6 months from time you hire consultant to deliverly. Lets say for public project - I have seen 6 months just for F&D - what would be a reasonable duration to use?
PS, I think escalators are even longer - I think there are only 2 manufacturers in the Western World.

The color of the relationship represents:
Ø Red – Critical and therefore a Driving relationship,
Ø Solid Black – Non-Critical Driving relationship and therefore has Free Float,
Ø Dotted Black – Non-Critical Non-Driving relationship and has Free Float, and
Ø Blue – a selected relationship and may be deleted.
What does "controlling" (instead of critical) path mean to you? (I will post my definition & use - based on IL IDOT work that is kind of useful)

I have an issue that has suddenly come up that I cannot figue out how to correct it.
I'm using Primavera P6 Professional R15.2
I have created custom Notebook Topics through the Admin Categories>Notebook Topics tab
At the Activity screen with the Details section opened. If I select the Notebook tab and try to Add a Notebook topic, the Assign Notebook Topic dialog box does not appear.
I seem to have full Administrator privileges so I am stumped as to why I cannot add a note to an activity.
I have pulling my hairs out in the last couple of day, could not understand why this happened, can someone please help? This is an issue with the Summer working only activities (which have been assigned to the Calendar with restricted working in summer months only June, July, August and non-work in all other months).
