Hi all,
When setting up 'resource dependant' activity with a duration of 5 days, then assigning 5 resources to the activity with a shared resource calendar of 4h/d (0800-1200).
Can one still get the activities start, finish & duration to not change as the below is doing?
When viewing the primavera Gant chart, the shaded columns representing non-wokring days have become a very light shade of grey and extremly difficult to see.
Is there a way to revert them to the original color? or darken the exisiting color?

I am updating a baseline schedule, some of the activities that have actual start but not yet completed, their bar after the data date bar is not continous, there is a space between the data date and then the bar for the next period starts.
Is there any explanation for this.

Hi, My activities' % Complete Type is set to "Physical". I enter physical progress of the activities, however the earned values do not change. If i enter duration progress e.g remaining duraiton or labor hours, the earned value change. My question is, the earned value columns are not linked with physical progress, even if Complete Type is physical? Thanks

Can anyone tell me if Primavera has a specific cut off date for long range portfolio planning? I know the system can cope with 10-20 years but am not so sure projecting say 80-100 years plus for full lifecycle portfolio planning. I ran a few scenarios and the forecast dates appear to be in the past.
Appreciate any feed back.

I have added an expense to my activity. Is it possible that the 'actual cost' of the expense change as physical % complete of the activity changes?

Based on what to estimate the planned progress for a building project that includes sub-structure and super-structure items (steel fixing, shuttering, casting, deshuttering, slab on grade ect.
I have quantities for steel and quantities for concrete and the price can not be the factor to estimate planned progress.
Your help is highly appreciated
