Specific Toolbars automaticall shown in specific views

I have a set of different views I use in MSP 2007. Is there a way of automatically selecting a different set of toolbars for each view?, ie if i opened view one i would see toolbar 1, 2,& 3. If I opened View 2 I would see toolbar 1, 3 & 5 and so on.

Many thanks in advance

Andrew

Filtering more than two resources

C
Christine P 👤 Member for 17 years 1 month

Hi

Ive done a quick look but cant find any info.

Im pretty new to Project and Ive been asked to do a filter on our main programme, to produce all the services items.

Our services are listed under 6 different resources though and it seems the autofilter dropdown can only let you select 2 in one go.  Is there a way of filtering for 6?

Thanks

Variance

Hi,

Need help

Problem:

When I have frozen the baseline for the project and release all the constraints, I want to be able to see the variance between my finish milestone vs. finish baseline milestone.

The Finish variance in MSP show a negative number when I have a positive float to the finish milestone, How do you do?

Please help

Regards

Dan

Tracking

R
Rohit K 👤 Member for 18 years 1 month

Dear All,

I have created a schedule and the same has been approved by the clients. Now we want to monitor the progress based on this schedule. I have saved a copy of this original. Now the following steps were done by myself to track the progress:

Tools - Tracking - Set Baseline (Baseline 1) ,for Entire Project .
