I currently have an overall project (design office) with 3 inserted sub-projects (project #, holiday schedule and off site visits). They are all outline level 1.
Under projects are obviously different project numbers and indented in that are further sub tasks.

I want to enter Total Quantity & productivity, & software need to calculate the manpower requirement based on the quantity & productivity, is there any way?

and has various formulae in the columns, I have tried.
Why does the Late Finish date for an in progress activity with negative slack no longer calculate using the backwards pass? On a task in this situation the Late Finish is displayed as being the same as the Early Finish and the Finish, but the slack is still negative as if calculated from a Late Finish date that does not match the Early Finish and the Finish.
The Late Finish date for unstared activities with negative slack is calculated using the backwards pass.

I have been asked to resource load Microsoft Project and then generate Manhour graph by either "roles" or "tasks". I have used Primavera P6 to perform the same, but never Microsoft Project. Please provide any tips. I have to submit in 4hours.
How do I find the Unique ID of the summary task header.
For Example:
Task 1 UID 1
Task 1_1 UID 2
Task 1_2 UID 3
Task2 UID 4
Task 2_1 UID 5
Task 2_2 UID 6
So if I am on Task 2_2 for example, the unique ID of its summary record would be 4.
I can find predecessor and successor ID but not the ID of the summary task for any task.

I want to assign 6 days calender to the activities & want to calculate the summary task duration based on the 7 days calender,,, is there any way to do this,,,
