Hi Planners,
I have a baseline schedule and I am filling the resources in the resource sheet but I faced an obstacles that I have human resources "Project Manager" that is working on the project since starting until closing out with a fixed salary, how to assign that resourcce to the tasks of the project?
If I assign that resource to all tasks of the project, the cost will be huge.

Hi Planners,
A baseline schedule showing that the start date of the project "milestone task" is not critical "9 days float", some of the succesor tasks has a constraint "start no earlier than". I changed the constraint of those successors to "Must start on" and I got the start date critical. Is there any explanation to this?

Dear All,
Can anyone advise how I get the Gantt to display equal duration bars the same length ? I have equal duration activities (12 hours) but the Gantt bar for the activity spanning 20:00 to 08:00 is half the size of the activity spanning 08:00 to 20:00. Both activities have the same 24 hour calendar.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
