I have recently upgraded to the newer version of Asta with the Ribbon rather than the icons and for the most part I am getting on fine with it - however last week my zoom/scale bar at the bottom right corner of the window has disappeared - does anyone have any idea how to get it back?

How can I display cost centres conlumns in the spreadsheet? Can somebody please help me with this information?
How can I display one or more cost center columnn to see witch is the cost allocated on an activity for each cost center - manpower, matherial, plant, transportation, gas - defined in the project costs folder in the library?

I would like to know how to switch on Planned Start and Planned finish date when baselining the projects.

I am trying to assign a 7 day week calendar to 2 tasks on my project. The remaining 100 or so are the standard 5-day 8 hour calendar.
However when I drag the '7 day week, Bank Hols & Xmas' to the tasks and release it all of the other tasks change to a 7 day calendar! I have noticed a few dont however.
90% of the tasks are linked so it it related to that?

I have created a template which includes 2 calendars, a 5 day work week calendar and a 7 day work week calendar. The 5 day is the default, but when I make the 7 day calendar the default, future tasks entered do not use the 7 day one as the default, instead continuing to use the 5 day calendar.
hi guys, im dong an assignment on asta as part of my degree but im having a bit off trouble working out the best way to do this
the project is a 3 storey steel frame building and i have to create a program with a max of 140 tasks. my problem is the fact that it has to be a 3 stage build due to site restraints and i have no clue how to set it out to stay in the 140 task limit when my lecturer wants a floor by floor breakdown
has anyone got some advise or example that may help me???

I was looking for some advise on Asta powerProject (v11).
Is it possible to setup conditional formatting on the spreadsheet like you can within excel? I have had a good look and I can't find a simple solution, more than likely it is staring me in the face but at the moment i am stuck. Does anyone know if/how this would be possible?

I am trying to use Earned Value Analysis on a project using V11. The Asta reps and website claim it has all the gubbings required to carry out EVA. I have been aware of EVA for a number of years but never had the inclination to actually use it until now. I had a review of all the literature I could find to clarify my understanding on how it works and the info required. I had a stab myself at setting something up as I usually do when embarking on something new in asta but havent found it very intuative.
