Discussion on aspects of Asta Powerproject
For some reason, the option to Add Bar and Add Bar Below is greyed-out and not available to me! Can anyone tell me what I've done and how to correct it?

I have a schedule with a summary task with sub tasks which have been color coded .
If I copy this summary task to another schedule the color coding on the individual subtask bars disappears.
can you advice please
Also you did mention that when you had another website you collectedsome info. on cds ?

Is it possible to copy links from one task to another?
i.e. I have a task that has a lot of finish to start links coming from it, I've created another task and want to give it the same successors. Is this possible, without manually creating each link?

I have a project created in Primavera P6 with some activites with activity steps. I opened this project in Asta Powerproject but I can't find a way how can I display the activity steps I created in P6.

Hoping you can help me out please.
I am trying to work out how to manually enter forecast & budget values per month. I am happy with bottom up forecasting but more often than not the clients cost engineer creates a monthly rolling forecast (in Excel) that then needs plugging into project/primavera/asta each month against some high level (often WBS level) bars.
Happy with doing this in everything but Asta, so any wisdom on how this can be achieved in Asta would be fab.

Hello All,
Hope you all had a great and rested weekend. A programme has been set to draw curve if vertical by default so everytime i draw a link between 2 tasks, the link will become curve automatically if its vertical.
Can i know how do i reset it to straight link by default?
P.S I can set the links to straight link manually after i drew a curved link but that would be a bit waste of time. I want a straight link by default.
