Project Consultation is headed by Anand Kulkarni who has 18 plus years of extensive experience & good professional
associates in the construction industry.
During the course of his career, Anand has played a key role in all aspects of the project life cycle – Pre-Construction,
Construction and Post-Construction – and in particular demonstrated in depth- knowledge and aptitude for strategic
planning, cost control and management review of on-site construction activities.
With hands-on experience in planning and construction management, Anand is also extremely capable of tailoring project specific management strategies to meet with the objectives of his clients.
