Business Manager of the project. Responsible of Project Controls, HR, Procurement & Subcontracts, Finance & Accounting, IT and Camps. Had a team of ca. 270 people (peak). Project contract was 630 million Euros. 2500 people at peak (planned).

Project baseline schedule, cost budgets, monthly reports, manpower and equipment plans, procurement plans, subcontractor negotiations and tender analysis.
