GTS-JV is responsible for the installation of Special Airport Systems at New Islamabad International Airport. I am working with a PMO formed by Pakistani and Italian professionals. As a Project Planner I am managing Primavera P6 Release 15.1 based schedule. Responsibilities includes the followings
- Reporting to PMO head and JV GM
- Coordination with the Pakistan and Italy based engineering team for the day to day project activities for the following systems
· WLAN System
· Flight Information and Display System – FIDS
· Public Address System – PAS
· Master Electronic Clock System - MECS
· Baggage Handling System – BHS
· Access Control System – ACS
· Security Management Information System - SMIS
· Security Cameras System – CCTV
· Cable Support System – CSS
· UPS System – UPS
· Wireless Radio System – RADIO
- Schedule Management including schedule maintenance, progress recording, managing baselines, adding removing activities from baseline and progress schedules.
- Controlling the Engineering documents, RFIs, Project Correspondences and related documents over Google and Internal Cloud.
- Responsible for the compilation of monthly reports covering all activities performed during past one months. This involves performance gathering from all teams, its compilation and submission to client.
