Invited to work on Crossrail as a Consultant, I was asked to perform the task in integrating Design, Procurement & MEP Fit Out. These items were still at tendering logic and it was recognised that this logic no longer demonstrated the true critical path.
With inclusion of outstanding PMI’s, a fully functional programme was created to follow on from Civil Construction milestones and later became the MOHS Programme for Acceleration worth 46m and a further 5m Bonus to achieve agreed milestones.
Duties

Creator of the MOHS Programme for Acceleration
-
Created MEP Programme Logic (Based on Duration)

Undertake 4 Weekly Contract Programme Reviews, using codes to identify all slippage on programmes
-
Monitor and control critical components on a regular basis to ensure that the project is executed
