Duties:
Projects planning
· Ensure the application of Integrated Planning processes for assigned projectsde los procesos de planificación integrada de proyectos.
· Support Project Team in the analysis of the scope of work , definition of the Work Breakdown Structure, implementing and optimizing project execution plans
· Ensure the project EVA analysis and reporting
· Support the Project Cost Controller for the economical monitoring of the project
· Guarantee reliability and on time availability of project reporting.
· Support to close the projects with value added. (Lessons learned)
Contract management
· Ensure the Schedule development for the bid preparation, and provide Planning tender documentation and Planner cost estimation.
· Ensure contractual dates are monitored and maintained by suppliers and any deviations are promptly reported to the project manager.
