Working as a Quantity Surveyor (Contractor) in Cost Planning, Estimating and Monitoring System at PMO office in Transport Projects Division
Main Roles & Responsibilities
s Assist in development of effective and efficient cost planning, estimating and cost monitoring system and processes.
s Support monitoring project costs; actual versus the baseline
s Work with relevant stakeholders to obtain actual project cost data and approved estimates.
s Maintain the cost estimating database including cost analysis and updating the database with past and ongoing project costs at various lifecycle stages of the projects.
s Maintain PMO’s cost data library (an online repository for cost information) for cost plans, estimates, tender commercial bids and contracted costs.
s Maintain the systems and processes for the capture, cataloguing and use of this data.
s Assist in cost estimate reviews undertaken by PMO Cost Estimating Centre.
