Project: Staythorpe Gas Power-station – Alstom Power – £54m

 

Construction of 4No 400 MW power-train units and cooling towers for a combined cycle gas turbine power-station. Works consisted of deep excavations, concrete foundations, duct, drainage and water cooling pipe installation.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Establishment of project work sequences.
  • Management of the detailed and resourced project schedule.
  • Earned value implementation and management.
  • Calculation of incentive payments using the project milestone register.
