15 yrs core planning expertise in both Tender and Contract planning - Current Project Northern Line with Ferrovial/Laing O'Rourke JV for London Underground.

Previous to my planning days spent 10 yrs on site as Site/Section Engineer.

Based in Sittingbourne, Kent

This role has brought me back to Laing O'Rourke

Very similir role to the last role I had at Bam Nuttall.

My Responsibility level was slight more senior and included Line Management for the first time.

The Project included the following:

1. Construction of Broadgate BTH Box at Liverpool Street Station, Crossrail

2. Piling & Heavy Propping.

3. Concrete Skin Walls, Frace & Structure

4. Ticket Hall Fit-out & MEP (inc 3 Banks of Escalator)

I worked as a Planning and Resourcing Manager working on a MoD PFI Project in Wiltshire. The value is circa £100m and my work is to programme in detail the area of work I am responsible for. Once converted to a live project upon Financial Close my role will then be to monitor the progress the work with my remit. This will involve monthly reporting to my immediate line manager and also to the team as a whole so as to keep the project focused on target finishing dates throughout the projects duration.

Project Planner with Laing O’Rourke (London & South East) Ltd working on the £185m Ascot Racecourse Redevelopment Project.
