•Updating and Progress scheduling using primavera project planner.
•Preparing progress reports (Weekly, Bi weekly & Monthly)
•Preparing Monthly Look aheads & Targets to control Engineering & Construction activities.
•Preparing and presenting presentations with client, consultant & C.M
•Preparing E.O.T (Extension of Time) claims
•Participating in preparing monthly payments through the cost loaded time schedule when required.
•Attending meetings (Planning, Progress, coordination, Subcontractors & Suppliers,………) and preparing minuets of meetings
•Preparing & following up Logs (E1 & E2) for submittals, transmittals, shop drawings, materials and procurement.
