my job is prepare a work plan from skratch and create afull work schedule with cost loading and get consultant approval for the schedule and updating and control the work progress monthly wise and report to project manager 

•Preparing Base Line Construction Time Schedule (CCS) with resource and cost loading.

•Updating and Progress scheduling using primavera project planner.

•Preparing progress reports (Weekly, Bi weekly & Monthly)

•Preparing Monthly Look aheads & Targets to control Engineering & Construction activities.

•Preparing and presenting presentations with client, consultant & C.M

•Preparing E.O.T (Extension of Time) claims

•Participating in preparing monthly payments through the cost loaded time schedule when required.
