  • Manage and coordinate systems interface planning, databases and providing robust look-a-head forecasts.  Manage and update interface statements.  Carry out what-if analysis to identify areas of Systems uncertainty and to initiate and propose suitable mitigation actions.
  • Provide variance analyses of critical plans with the required/ appropriate counter measures in order not to jeopardize the project schedule.
  • Participate/active involvement in the identification of project schedule risk assessment, analysis and mitigation proposals.
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly updating and progress reports
  •  Participate in progress review meetings and able to provide high-level presentations to senior project team.
  • Preparation of acceleration (recovery) schedules to mitigate delays etc.

Analyse the Systems Sub contractor Programme and giving Valuable Comments on Programme to Approve for Baseline Programme.
