Planning Analyst

• Manage and coordinate systems interface planning, databases and providing robust look-a-head forecasts.  Manage and update interface statements.  Carry out what-if analysis to identify areas of Systems uncertainty and to initiate and propose suitable mitigation actions.
• Provide variance analyses of critical plans with the required/ appropriate counter measures in order not to jeopardize the project schedule.
• Participate/active involvement in the identification of project schedule risk assessment, analysis and mitigation proposals.

Praveen Baby, a mechanical engineer, is a Project Controls Senior Associate within Black and Veatch Energy with 3 years and 11 months of experience in Construction Co-ordination and Monitoring.

He has completed his Post Graduation in Project Engineering Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR). Additionally he has completed Management Development Programme on “Essentials of Project Management” conducted by NICMAR and is also a certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System).
