Based in Houston Tx. but currently assigned to ORPIC/LPIC PMC role in The Hague Netherlands for the design of a $2.8 billion project which includes a 850 kta liquids feed ethylene cracker plus the utilities and offsites to support both the cracker and the polymers units built by others.
