Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer in the Planning and Budgeting department of Project Division of Haya Water. Haya Water is a government owned company acting as the public authority, owner and operator of all Sewage Treatment and Collection related infrastructure in Sultanate of Oman.

My role is to maintain the centralized planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting functions of all the projects in the company at its HO as a centralized PMO.

·         Attend schedule interfacing meeting with Engineering/Procurement/Construction departments from draft up to final PMS.

·         Review subcontractor master schedule and incorporate into the PMS.

Temporary assignment pending new construction project; worked for the bidding team. Prepared the schedules & methodologies for a bid. Later commissioned to write a program in excel to use in the bidding of the US embassy compounds construction works. Gained experience in bidding works and had the opportunity to learn of the US way of doing project management & bidding (FAR). 

Planning, PCM, Lead Services for various petrochemical projects at Bechtel Oil Gas & Chemicals (staff position).

Based in Houston Tx. but currently assigned to ORPIC/LPIC PMC role in The Hague Netherlands for the design of a $2.8 billion project which includes a 850 kta liquids feed ethylene cracker plus the utilities and offsites to support both the cracker and the polymers units built by others.
