Assigned to SKSOL, a joint venture of REPSOL S.A. (Spain) and SK Lubricants (Republic of Korea), to schedule the construction of a new lubricant plant, including two process units, an onsite tanks area and a seaside tanks area, reporting to the Organization Project Management Team
