My prime responsibility is proactively managing, controlling and reporting on the planning and scheduling activities to support Infrastructure Assurance team as they provide assurance to SCDL.

Key responsibilities
• Developed and maintained the infrastructure WBS of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Programme’s Grand Master Schedule and integrate with the Competition and Non-Competition Venues programme.
• Deliver accurate and timely information to the Infrastructure Assurance Team on critical infrastructure projects schedule and performance criteria.
• Participate with interface managers in Joint Working Group meetings with senior personal from stakeholders to review stakeholder’s project progress and discuss their monthly progress reports.
• Verification of scheduling information received from stakeholders. Monitor stakeholder delivered projects through schedule and milestone analysis
• Providing inputs for progress report preparation and presentation on stakeholder delivered projects including infrastructure monthly report, monthly progress summary updates and ad-hoc progress presentations as required.
• Perform schedule benchmarks analysis for different scenarios and review the outcome with the project management team including external stakeholders
