• Control and monitoring of the variance reflected every month the project, both of material, equipment and manpower.
• Costs and Billing Reports.
• Development of Manpower, Histograms, "S" curve.
• Development of Procedures: Measuring Progress; Planning & Programming (WBS) and Executive Reports.
