Manage the CAPEX project with schedule and cost,prepare the report on project status,risks and issues on program projects,to ensure the progress and cost can be tracking.
Coordinate with engineering,procurement and related department for the support work on program projects.
Hold the weekly meeting with Building Project Managers,revirw the overall progress on program projects,ensure the risks can be tracked and shared with key stakeholders.
Guide and review the scheduling management of APM (Assistant Project Manager) on daily work, ensure the weekly report can show the real status on site.
Coordinate with Integrate Buisiness Planning,to define the sequence of the projects in program,responsible for the overall scheduling management of hand over and start up on building projects.
